VR Conceptual

This wedding dress was made from all previously owned materials and notions. I decided to create this design in tradition of my great-grandmother hand sewing her entire bridal ensemble with textiles she already owned. The entire shape and structure was conceived through virtual reality technology. Using both a virtual headset as well as a set of brushes, I was able to paint directly on an artificial dress form to realize shapes.
